(Chp 4) Applied Case Study – Recruitment at Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa Forum

1. Review relevant pages in chapter 4, then read the case study on page 148
2. Discuss how you would have conducted an extensive recruitment campaign.
3. What factors would affect not only the number of available applicants but the quality as well?
