Each group should select a change experience led by a transformational leader in an organization, collect the needed information to present the case with a detailed analysis concerning:
- Based on the organization strategy what they need to change and explore the challenges that faced the change process?,
 - Identify the external forces triggering the organizational change?,
 - What were the sources of resistance to change at the organization?,
 - Based on your understanding of the theories of effective change implementation, did they undertake the right steps?,
 - In what specific way did the executive promote a sense of psychological safety among employees to engage them in a conversation about the performance?,
 - What steps should the leader take to ensure that the Performance Plus teams delivers the needed strategy?,
 - How did the leader manage to change employee behaviors at the organization to be integrated with the strategy?,
 - How the new behaviors were reinforced what is the new culture that integrated with the strategic renewal?,
