The documents that you submit for your final need to address the following diagnoses:

  • Diabetes – you may focus on one type or compare the two, it is your choice.
  • Spina Bifida – depending on where the lesion is determines the impact of this diagnosis, cover it in a comprehensive manner do not focus on the lesion being at one particular location for the first part of the assessment; if you want to, you focus on where the lesion is located for your patient when you describe patient needs etc.
