Recent trends have shown an increase in multigenerational households. However, this can cause family dynamic issues between the generations. Oppositely, families that move away from their support system can experience family dynamic issues as well. When working in the behavioral health field, you will encounter multiple types of families. For this reason, it is important to understand the different challenges each type might face and how to solve them.
Write a 1,000-1,500-word paper comparing neolocal families (families that establish themselves residentially away from other generations) and families who have multiple generations (more than two) living under the same household.
