Analyze a manager/leader of a company of your choice from the business world:

Provide information about this person’s background (education, career development).

Provide information about the company

Describe the typical Leadership style(s) of that person.

Describe this person’s decision-making approaches.

Describe Challenges or Dilemmas that the Leader may faced. How did he overcome those challenges/dilemmas.

  • Which measures are you able to detect in the chosen company or the Leader as a form of motivation of the employees?

You may use table format to create the description of the manager’s/leaders’ portrait.

Use relevant vocabulary and concepts covered within the course.

Use reliable sources of information!

Format: a .pdf document.

Formalities:

Wordcount: 2000 words minimum.

Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded from the total wordcount.

Font: Arial 12,5 pts.

Text alignment: Justified.

The in-text References and the Bibliography must be in Harvard’s citation style.
