Requirements Student will deliver an assessment in two parts.

Part 1, in Excel format the method and final calculation of the maintenance adjustment value. The calculation should take into account all major maintenance events that are performed on the aircraft and its major components.

The given information shall be the basis of the calculation to evaluate the maintenance condition of the aircraft, allowing the student to identify the maintenance condition in relation to the aircraft half-life value.

Part 2, an essay to assess the market conditions at the time of their evaluation, develop an opinion and identify other considerations on the aircraft transaction.

Format: Part 1 in .xls format. Part 2 in electronic file (PDF only) in A4-size paper, double-spaced, in a 12-point font such as Times New Roman, Courier or Aria. Wherever possible, you should use appropriate graphs, diagrams and figures to augment the text – these should be numbered consecutively and must be referred to in the text of your paper. The full detail of the source(s) of the figure/graphs/diagrams also needs to be included in the assignment reference list.
