Intermediary Chain Model

I need you first to make 4 topics according to requirements so as to choose one

Intermediary Chain Model

Time: 1. Determine the variables: by December 15, formulate a double-chain intermediary model, one of which is the behavior of looking down.

2. Finalize the first draft: mid-February 2025

3. Final draft: mid-March 2025 (determined according to the requirements of the guide)

Requirements: 1. Make an intermediary chain model in which one variable is low-headed behavior and the remaining three are self-determined. There must be logic, theoretical basis, and literature support between variables, and the literature must be one area at least two areas, or c. Variables must be novel and innovative. It is suggested that bowing down be considered as a dependent variable

2. Citation of literature: A little more English literature is recommended, not all Chinese literature, and good literature is cited, not all water literature. More than 35 references were published, and the number of references since 2010 reached 50%. Extensive literature may be used, but control within 3 papers where the variables involved are not accessible Extensive literature. Please download and package a copy of the cited literature at the same time and return the guidance report. Intermediary Chain Model

Number of words: 18000 or so OK. I’m not looking at the number of words, it’s the logic and whether or not things are explained clearly. In addition

Statement of academic, some students independent variables dependent variables are not clear, written credibility can be trusted…

Literature: Variables identify as many professional journals as possible with citations of more than 70 per cent over five years., The intermediate discussion process requires a quantity of nuclear journals and some students are all master’s thesis and undergraduate thesis, and the water is too much.,

What are the variables of bow behavior?,

Need a Psychology Topic with Chain intermediary 4 variables one in the middle needs to lower its heart.,

SEIIC’s compensation and benefits programs are based on traditional design principles typical of a company of its age and history. For example, almost all employees receive annual pay increases of two to five percent. This is frustrating to both managers and high performing employees. Managers would like to give better pay raises to high performers.

SEIIC’s Compensation and Benefits Programs

However, budgets are only enough to cover the “required” raises to all employees; this leaves too little for more significant raises to high performers. Naturally, as a result, high performers who feel underpaid often seek other employment. The company’s policies have tended to reward seniority rather than performance, and because of the job evaluation system, compensation is tightly compressed. Benefits are thought to be generous in that the company pays for most of the cost. However, the structure of the benefits is rigid and only includes such traditional benefits as health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. SEIIC’s Compensation and Benefits Programs

The company recognizes that things are changing in its business environment, the needs of its people are changing, and business is more global than in the past. As part of the ongoing analysis of trends that should influence the redesign of HRM in the company, what are the relevant trends in compensation and benefits to which the company should pay the most attention to develop the kind of employees it needs and retain its most valuable performers? To answer this question address the prompts:SEIIC’s Compensation and Benefits Programs.,

  • Evaluate at least three trends or recent approaches in compensation that SEIIC should consider in its redesign effort including the pros and cons of each.,

  • Evaluate at least three trends or recent approaches in benefits that SEIIC should consider in its redesign effort including the pros and cons of each.,
  • Assess other intrinsic and extrinsic motivators that SEIIC should consider in its redesign effort including pros and cons of those motivators.,
  • Using your evaluation in the previous three sections (compensation, benefits and intrinsic/extrinsic motivators)., justify an action plan to develop and retain valuable performers in the organization.,

Submission Details:

  • Submit your four-to five-pages in APA style.
  • Due by 12/16/24 at 8:30pm CST

Requirements:

  1. Make certain to include in text citations from your course text in addition to your outside leadership resources within your main post. This adds credibility to your argument. Refine paper : Assessment of Academic Tone and Scholarly Writing

Paper needs improvement, please refine paper.  While the formatting and APA citations are strong, the focus here is on ensuring the writing adheres to an academic tone and maintains a scholarly approach. Below is an assessment of tone, style, and adherence to scholarly standards:

Assessment of Academic Tone

Academic Tone

The paper contains several instances of informal language and conversational phrasing that detract from the professional and scholarly tone required for academic writing. Here are some examples and suggestions for improvement:

  1. Conversational Language:
    • Example: “Some might call this a push over type of leadership style.”
    • Suggestion: Replace with a more formal tone, such as: “This leadership style is sometimes criticized for being overly accommodating; however, it emphasizes the importance of service and team development.”
  1. First-Person References:
    • Example: “As we like to call it,” and “like I said before.” Assessment of Academic Tone
    • Suggestion: Eliminate first-person references and personal opinions. Instead, use evidence-based phrasing like: “Commonly referred to as Kotter’s 8-Step Model, this framework emphasizes…”
  1. Casual Expressions:
    • Example: “Bureaucracy busters may be worth looking into.”
    • Suggestion: Replace with a formal alternative: “Streamlining bureaucratic processes may enhance the efficiency of organizational change efforts.”
  1. Rhetorical Questions:
    • Example: “Who are The Little People I Speak of?”,
    • Suggestion: Reframe as a declarative statement: “Underappreciated healthcare workers, often referred to as ‘little people,’ play a critical role in the industry.” Assessment of Academic Tone

Scholarly Writing

  1. Objectivity: The paper occasionally includes personal judgments or unsubstantiated claims. For instance:
    • Example: “Why do I fight for the little people so much because I was one of them…”
    • Suggestion: Focus on evidence and research rather than personal anecdotes. For example: “Advocacy for underrepresented healthcare workers is essential due to systemic challenges, including low wages and limited recognition.” Assessment of Academic Tone
  1. Clarity and Specificity: While the content introduces valuable concepts, some sections lack depth and specific examples. For instance:
    • The description of Kotter’s 8-Step Model could benefit from citations and clear explanations of its application in healthcare settings.,
    • Instead of broadly stating the importance of change management include specific examples or case studies demonstrating its success in healthcare.,
  1. Consistency: The tone fluctuates between formal and informal which disrupts the flow., Aim for consistent formal language throughout the paper., Assessment of Academic Tone
  2. Evidence-Based Arguments: While the paper includes some citations there are areas where claims are made without supporting evidence., For example:
    • “Federal funding for hazard pay is particularly crucial for health workers…”,
    • Ensure every claim is backed by credible sources to enhance the paper’s scholarly value.,

Recommendations for Improvement

  1. Refine Tone: Replace conversational expressions and first-person pronouns with formal, third-person phrasing. Maintain a professional tone throughout.
  2. Expand Analysis: Add depth to key sections by integrating research studies, statistics, or real-world examples that support your arguments.
  3. Strengthen Objectivity: Remove personal anecdotes and ensure all claims are evidence-based, with appropriate citations.
  4. Cohesiveness: Ensure smooth transitions between sections to maintain logical flow and organization.

Conclusion

Your paper addresses important topics effectively, and the formatting and APA compliance are strong. By refining the tone and incorporating more scholarly language and evidence-based arguments, your work can meet the highest academic standards. Let me know if you would like assistance revising specific sections.
