Critical Infrastructure(coco)

Critical infrastructure (CI) resilience refers to the ability of CIs to absorb, resist, adapt and recover from the effects caused by a disruptive event. Examples of CIs include the supply of energy (oil, gas, and electricity), information and communication technology (including telecommunications and navigation), nuclear industry, water supply, healthcare (hospitals, medicines, and vaccines), provision of financial services (banks and insurance), civil administration (government functions and facilities), and function of transportation systems (road transport, railway transport, and air traffic). The most reported threats/hazards against CI are (1) natural disasters, (2) aging and decay, (3) cyber threats, (4) terrorist activities, (5) contamination, and (6) cascading failure/threat.

Critical Infrastracture(coco)

How would you promote the adoption and implementation of effective critical infrastructure resilience strategies to develop CI resilience instead of only focusing on the protection of CI?

First, review the Project Two Guidelines and Rubric document.
Next, choose one of the following crimes, which will be your focus in both this assignment and Project Two, and review the data for that crime:
Rape and sexual assault data (Click Full Report under the Criminal Victimization, year)
Cybercrime data (Click IC3 Annual Report for last year)
Human trafficking data
Then, in 100 to 150 words, explain the data and provide any background information regarding the crime.
Last, in 250 to 350 words, identify risk factors that increase the likelihood of being a victim of the crime you selected.
Specifically, the following rubric criteria must be addressed:

Explain the data you analyzed.
Identify risk factors that increase the likelihood of being a victim of the crime you selected.
What to Submit
This assignment should be 350 to 500 words in length. Any references must be cited in APA style. See the Shapiro Library APA Style Guide for more information on citations.

Define Program Law/Criminal Assignment

You have identified a program that you believe requires evaluation. You have had also identified stakeholders as well as potential problems and evidence of the calibrators at play. After consulting with your supervisor and peers, you decide to present your evaluation plan to members of a task force comprised of your stakeholders.

Define Program Law/Criminal Assignment

You choose to introduce the evaluation design for the program that you selected in Week 1 at a meeting of the stakeholders.

Prepare a 15- to 20-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation (with comprehensive speaker notes) in which you include the following:

As an executive summary for your evaluation plan, use one slide to introduce the program. Provide a statement of purpose and include its vision, mission, and goals. Present the stakeholders.
Define its operations. Describe its strategies and activities.
Answer the following:

What are the intentions behind its operation? Who benefits?
What are the strategies and activities it performs?
Identify its short-, intermediate-, and long-term goals.
Explain how current strategies are or are not supporting these goals.
What evidence of applied theory do you see?
What theory or theories would you apply to strengthen the program? How?
Include descriptions of the calipers shaping your ideology and the theory or theories that will influence your evaluation strategies.

Format your PowerPoint® presentation to ensure the slides only contain essential information and as little text as possible. Do not design a slide made up of long bullet points. Your speaker notes convey the details you would give if you were presenting.

For help, consult the guide on how to create speaker notes from Microsoft®.

Include comprehensive speaker notes.

Cite at least 2 peer-reviewed or similar references to support your assignment.

Include a slide with APA-formatted references.
