Critique ethical decision making within the context of corporate social responsibility.

In prior you units you have delved into select traditional ethics theories and incorporating this information into your decision-making process. You included how you would incorporate your GVV results in decision making with current examples that you selected for analysis. In this unit you will examine Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to evaluate their impact on company performance and profitability. Kline, 2018) cites research supporting the hypothesis that CSR program integration through all elements of their operations see many benefits. Kline additionally states “The study showed that companies not integrating their CSR programs into the business could still earn a reputation advantage, but not much else.” (2018, para 5). You will also be analyzing a personal example where you can incorporate your GVV results into action planning for increased CSR integration.
